Shipping

As the majority of items are made to order, please allow 7-10 days for your order to be dispatched.​

Royal Mail Second Class postage is just £2 or completely free with all orders over £15 and shipping takes between 3-5 days once your parcel has been dispatched. We know that Royal Mail is working a little slower than normal right now, so please bear with us if your parcel is slightly delayed.

Returns

We are sure that you will love your purchase, but if you don't, we want to help you to fix that. If your item is faulty please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipping email to tell us about your problem. We will do our very best to fix it. 

Please note that we don't accept returns or exchanges for custom items or items which are not faulty so please chose your items carefully.

A Hand Made Product

​Please note that our rainbows are hand made so there may be some slight variances in size. There may also be slight variances in colour depending on screen resolution.​

If you are ordering a custom rainbow, your order can not be cancelled once placed. This is because I may begin working on it or ordering your materials right away.

 

USING AND CARING FOR YOUR PRODUCT​​

Our rainbows are to be purchased as decorative items and should not be used as toys. To keep them looking tip top, brush away any dirt with a soft brush and use a sponge to wash any marks on the item. Do not machine wash or dry. Use a wide toothed comb to keep the tassels straight and smooth.
